The V8 HOTEL Superior in Böblingen combines modern hotel comfort with an automotive and design concept. The hotel is located directly in the Motorworld Region Stuttgart and offers classic design rooms as well as automotive themed rooms and serviced apartments.

The V8 HOTEL is located at Charles-Lindbergh-Platz 1, 71034 Böblingen, directly on the grounds of the Motorworld Region Stuttgart on the former airfield of the former Württemberg state airport.

The V8 HOTEL Superior has a total of 153 room units. These include double rooms, family rooms, 7 serviced apartments for longer stays, and 16 automotive themed rooms.

The V8 HOTEL is ideal for guests who want to combine design, technology and automotive culture. It is also suitable for families, business travelers, couples, car enthusiasts, and conference and event guests.

The V8 HOTEL Superior in Böblingen is a 4-star superior hotel.

Coming from the A81 motorway, take exit 23 Böblingen/Sindelfingen and follow the direction of Böblingen. After the first traffic light intersection at the MOTORWORLD Tower, turn right onto Charles-Lindbergh-Platz. The V8 HOTEL's forecourt is located centrally between the buildings.

Böblingen train station is about 500 meters from the V8 HOTEL. On foot, you can reach the hotel in approximately five minutes.

From Böblingen train station, walk in the direction of the airfield. The V8 HOTEL can be reached on foot in approximately five minutes.

From the airport or the trade fair center, take the S2 or S3 to Rohr station. There, change to the S1 in the direction of Herrenberg and travel to Böblingen station. From Böblingen station, the hotel can be reached on foot in approximately five minutes.

By car, the journey via the A81 and A8 takes approximately 25 minutes. A taxi ride to the trade fair center or the airport costs approximately 60.00 euros. By S-Bahn, the journey from Böblingen station takes approximately 25 minutes with one change.

The V8 HOTEL is approximately 22 km from Stuttgart city center.

Yes. The V8 HOTEL offers a shuttle in an Audi A8 with a V8 engine and 310 hp. The limousine can be booked with a driver; under certain conditions, it can also be used without a driver.

The fixed price for the route hotel – airport is 80.00 euros. For the limousine with driver, the base fee is 4.00 euros; in addition, 2.50 euros per kilometer applies.

The room rate depends on the travel date, room category, availability, the services booked, and the booking platform. It varies depending on the number of persons in the room.

Your reserved room is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-out should take place by 12:00 p.m. (noon).

Upon request and subject to availability, the V8 HOTEL offers early check-in from 9:00 a.m. and late check-out until 5:00 p.m. for an additional charge.

Yes. The V8 HOTEL reception is available to you 24 hours a day.

Yes. The hotel accepts common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club, as well as the Maestro/EC card.

For a direct individual reservation at our rack rate, free cancellation is possible within 48 hours. After that, up to 80 percent of the room rate may be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing. Separate deadlines apply to group reservations. For bookings through external booking systems or Saver Rate and Early Bird rates, the respective booking conditions apply.

Yes, vouchers and gift ideas can be found in the "Gift" section. Arrangements, breakfast vouchers, or monetary vouchers can be purchased and paid for in advance by invoice. All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

The options are V8 themed rooms, design double rooms, design double rooms for single use, V10 serviced apartments (which can also be used as 3-bed rooms), and V6 family rooms.

The V8 HOTEL offers 16 automotive themed rooms: Scheunenfund (Barn Find), Petrol Heads, Grandprix Originals, British Racing, Liqui Moly, Off Road, Le Mans, Vive la France, Gulf, Solitude Revival, Spark, Forza Italia, Made in Germany, V8 Surprise, Flugfeld (Airfield), and PAN AM.

Upon request, we will check the availability of your preferred themed room individually. A binding confirmation depends on availability for the desired period.

The V8 HOTEL offers V6 family rooms that can be connected via an interconnecting door. This is also possible for certain themed rooms. In addition, the V10 serviced apartments can be used as 3-bed rooms thanks to a sofa bed.

Yes. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Yes, every room has its own bathroom.

The V10 serviced apartments have a private terrace. The V8 themed room Scheunenfund (Barn Find) is the only themed room with a terrace.

Coffee machines or capsules are available in the V10 serviced apartments.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building. You will receive the access code at reception or find it on your room pass.

Yes. The V8 HOTEL offers a generous breakfast buffet in the PICK-UP restaurant.

No. The room rate includes only the overnight stay. The breakfast buffet can be added for 26.00 euros per person per day. Children up to six years eat for free; a reduced rate applies to children aged seven to 15.

From Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Yes. The PICK-UP restaurant is located directly in the V8 HOTEL. It features an open kitchen, a welcoming atmosphere, and a changing menu of international dishes with regional and seasonal ingredients.

The PICK-UP restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m.; the hot kitchen is open until 9:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Different hours apply on public holidays; please ask the hotel directly.

Yes. The changing menu also includes vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Yes. The V8 BAR is located directly next to the hotel lobby and offers classic and modern drinks, spirits, beer, wine, gin and tonic, and signature creations. A large outdoor terrace complements the bar.

On the sixth floor is a panorama sauna with a view over the Motorworld Region Stuttgart, the former airfield, and Langer See lake in Böblingen. Hotel guests also have access to a fitness area with modern equipment.

Yes. Hotel guests can use the fitness room and the Finnish sauna free of charge.

The wellness and fitness area is open to all hotel guests.

From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The sauna can be switched on earlier upon request.

Yes. Directly beneath the V8 HOTEL Superior is a public Motorworld underground car park. Access is via Jakob-Degen-Straße at the rear of the hotel.

Yes. It offers V6 family rooms as well as special family rates. Upon request, the V10 serviced apartments can be booked as 3-bed rooms, and the V6 family rooms can be connected via an interconnecting door.

Children up to six years eat for free. A reduced rate applies to children aged seven to 15.

Dogs are welcome for an additional charge of 20.00 euros per day. Upon request and subject to availability, the hotel provides a dog blanket and a bowl.

Yes. The V8 HOTEL has four accessible themed rooms.

They feature a large, wheelchair-accessible shower, a spacious toilet, and a larger overall floor area. There are no obstacles such as steps or thresholds in the rooms.

All rooms, corridors, and ancillary rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Public areas such as entrances, the lobby, and corridors are under video surveillance. The elevator and corridors are accessible only with a room key. There are two additional emergency staircases and a 24-hour security service.

No. The V8 HOTEL has non-smoking rooms only.

The Motorworld is located on the grounds of the former Württemberg state airport and is known as an excursion destination as well as a conference and event center. Guests can admire classic cars, sporty youngtimers, and rare vehicles, as well as collector cars in glass display boxes and the Lamborghini hall.

Yes. Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In addition to the PICK-UP restaurant, there are, among others, the Wichtel on-site brewery, the American steakhouse Tower 66, the Motorworld Inn, and the Foodport Check Inn.

Yes. The shopping tour combines your stay with a visit to OUTLETCITY Metzingen and includes a VIP shopping pass, which grants 10 percent off the entire range at selected shops. The Mercaden shopping center is about a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Yes, there are different arrangements. They include an automotive museum tour with tickets for the Mercedes-Benz Museum and the Porsche Museum, a driving experience with Porsche, and a Mercedes pick-up package with tickets for the Mercedes-Benz Museum and a factory tour in Sindelfingen.

Yes. The V8 HOTEL and the Motorworld Region Stuttgart provide the setting for conferences, congresses, company celebrations, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

The two large event spaces, POWER and SPEED, together accommodate up to 200 guests. POWER measures 395 m², SPEED 273 m².

Mobile stages, flexible furniture, glass sliding walls, modern conference technology, catering for all event sizes, and air conditioning.

Yes. The spaces are suitable for weddings, communions, confirmations, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, and funeral receptions, and can be arranged flexibly.
