How can I make a reservation?

A reservation request can be made by phone, fax, e-mail or through our website. You will immediately receive a written offer.

In general, you get the best room rate if you inquire or book with us directly by e-mail, fax or phone or make your reservation online through our homepage.

Is it possible to reserve a specific themed room?

On request and upon availability, we are happy to reserve the desired themed room.

Does the hotel offer discounts for children?

For families, the hotel offers a significantly discounted special price. Upon request we can provide you with extra beds in your room or with a connecting door to an adjoining room. As a special feature, up to 5 persons can stay in the ‘Drive-in theater’-room and the ‘Camping’-room.

Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

Two disability-friendly design double rooms are available at the V8 Hotel Classic.
The V8 HOTEL has 4 barrier-free themed rooms.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Since the windows of the rooms can be opened, not all rooms are air conditioned.

Is there ample parking space at V8 HOTEL?

In addition to parking spaces. As the number of parking spaces is limited, we kindly ask you for a reservation request. The parking fees are 14€ per day.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Our room rates are net rates and therefore do not include breakfast. You have the possibility to enjoy your breakfast individually in the ‘Coffeehouse’ or additionally reserve a breakfast buffet for 22.00 € per person/day. Children under the age of 5, will enjoy a free breakfast. For children aged 6 to 12 there is a reduced price.

What is the cancellation procedure?

Individual reservations can be canceled, in writing, free of charge until 48 hours prior to arrival. Thereafter, up to 80% of the room rate can be charged. Group reservations can be canceled, in writing, free of charge up to four weeks prior to arrival. 50% of the reserved rooms can be canceled, free of charge, three weeks prior to arrival. 25% of the reserved rooms can be canceled, free of charge, two weeks prior to arrival. Subsequent cancellations can be charged with 80% of the room rate. We kindly ask you to always make cancellations in writing.

What are the check in- und check out times?

You can check in to your room at 3pm. We kindly ask you to make your check out by noon.

Can I get into the room earlier or leave later?

We would be pleased to give you an extended stay in your room. We kindly ask you to clear the details, in advance, with our front desk staff.

Can I pay with credit card?

The hotel accepts major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DINERS as well as EC-Card.

What are the opening hours of the front desk?

From 6.30am until 11pm our front desk is staffed. If you arrive after 11pm, or in case of an emergency, an employee of our security company is available on site or can be reached by phone on the premises

Are pets allowed?

For an additional charge of €15 per pet/night, your pet (dog or cat) is most welcome.

Do you have smoking rooms?

The V8 Hotel offers only non smoking rooms, which are all, for safety reasons, equipped with smoke detectors.

Can I use the internet in the hotel?

You can access the internet via Wi-Fi throughout the hotel or use the computer terminal in the hotel lobby. Your complimentary access code is available at the front desk.

Is the use of the fitness equipment and the wellness area included in the room rate?

The use is free of charge for our hotel guests. For a surcharge, you have the opportunity to book a massage. An overview of the possibilities can be found on our homepage under ‘Body Tuning’.

What are the safety features of the hotel?

All of our hotel rooms, hallways and auxiliary rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. The hotel lobby and the corridors are under video surveillance. Only hotel guests have access to our elevator and the corridors, using their room keycard. The V8 Hotel has two additional emergency staircases and a security service is on site 24 hours a day.

How far away are the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre and Stuttgart Airport and how do I get there?

The travel time by car, using the highway, to the Trade Fair Centre or the Airport is between 10 and 15 minutes. Travelling by S-Bahn, you reach either destination in 20 minutes, after one change of train. The Böblingen station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Does the V8HOTEL get the hold of a competitive advantage through dubious working conditions and low wages?

NO Our team consists of highly trained hotel professionals and housekeepers who are supported by our own staff in housekeeping. They are all paid fair wages that are in excess of the legally required minimum wage. We are guided by the agreed standard wages of the DEHOGA Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baden-Württemberg.
